Equipped with a solid business plan, extensive hotel experience, and equity, the company secured debt capital from Metro Bank and HBDi to establish a new four-story, 112-room Holiday Inn Express.

Strategically located adjacent to the George R. Brown Convention Center and the new Toyota Sports Arena, the hotel boasts an array of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, spa, steam room, gift shop, and 1,500 square feet of meeting space with a full-service business center offering high-speed Internet access.

HBDi was crucial in bridging the financing gap, ensuring the project’s completion. True to their plans, the hotel provides corporate executives and leisure travelers with affordable rooms, delivering downtown amenities. The hotel’s opening generated over 25 jobs for Houston residents, contributing to the local economy’s growth and vitality.
